A cultural precinct will contain a range of features to entertain you.
It will also contain environmental sustainable design including no net reduction of the existing green parklands, and green links to the surrounding area.
It will need to be an iconic symbol of the Gold Coast, be attractive, exciting and welcoming.
But ultimately what the Gold Coast Cultural Precinct offers will be up to the people of the Gold Coast, so its important to have your say.
